One Pot Paneer Pulao

This is a hassle free, one pot menu for vegetarians and the non-vegetarian paneer lovers. The ingredients for the Paneer Pulao are easily available in our home kitchens. I have made this with brown rice so it’s a healthy option as well. You can very well replace it with a long grained white rice. I am not sure which part of the country this dish came from but I have come across a few variations. I liked this version which I had at a friend’s place in Kolkata but have added some twists. I like to throw in some green chilies at the end to add some zing to the flavor. One can also add some ghee to get a richer taste. The Paneer Pulao is poplar across age groups and can be served for Lunch or dinner. Needless to say, the Paneer and the green peas both need to be fresh and of high quality. So happy fooding around with this dependable one pot meal.
