Green Tea Mango Chiller

I got hooked on to green tea after my stint in Vietnam and Hong Kong. Since then it’s been part of my daily beverage intake. I have been long looking at ways to get this favourite of mine into a drink recipe suited for our palate and the Green Tea Mango Chiller is an attempt at that. Normally, the green tea is had in it’s hot form but in this recipe, it is used in it’s cooler avatar. This is like a light cool breeze on a hot summer afternoon. It takes about ten minutes to put this together and provides a unique flavour with the green tea adding the X factor. I prepared this for my family and the stock ran out before I could blink an eye. So I had to make a second and a third round till we ran out mangoes. The only problem with this cool dude is that it is very addictive. So my advice is that you’ll should prepare this in a reasonably large quantity. We still have a few warm days ahead of us so go ahead and enjoy making this!
