Ingredients :

  • 2 large sweet Mangoes
  • 3 Green Tea bags
  • 4 cups water + 6 cups cold water
  • 4 to 6 Tbsp Sugar (adjust sweetness according to your liking)
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 45 Tbsp Lime Juice (according to your liking)
  • 1012 Mint leaves
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 2 small or 1 large Plum diced (Optional)
  • Crushed Ice

Instructions

  1. Peal, de-seed and dice the mango into small cubes.
  2. Boil 4 cups of water. Dip the green tea bags and let them soak for maximum 2 to 3 minutes. Do not keep them soaked for much longer, else your chiller might taste a little too bitter.
  3. Remove the tea bags and transfer to a blender. Add 6 cups of cold water, sugar, mango cubes, honey, lime juice, mint leaves, salt, diced plum and give a good churn to the blender and blend them well.
  4. Pass the mix through a sieve to eliminate any kind residue. Pour into individual glasses and top them with crushed ice. Chillers are ready to be served.

Notes

This Green Tea Mango chiller is an addictive and refreshing thirst quencher. You can replace the sugar with Stevia if you so want or else bring down the amount of sugar as per your individual taste and liking.
