This a very popular snack for parties as starters and particularly with Kids. You cannot go wrong with a combination of chicken and cheese. Normally tikkas at home are cooked in an oven or in a stove over a flame. I thought of using the air fryer as it makes for a guiltfree snacking experience while not compromising on the taste. This dish is very convenient to make and can be rustled up in no time. You can do a lot with the way you serve these tikkas. A convenient way to do it is to skewer the marinated tikkas before air-frying. Be sure to dip the skewers in water for thirty minutes before using. While the chicken is being air fried, keep it hydrated by brushing some melted butter/ghee and the remaining marinade. This keeps the tikkas moist and prevents them from becoming chewy. Once done the air friend chicken cheese tikkas can be sprinkled with some chat masala and served with some chutney of your choice. This is again a snack for all seasons so do try this out and have it in your repertoire.
