Ingredients

  • 3 cups Muri or Murmure (Puffed Rice)
  • 1/3rd cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 3 heaped Tbsp boiled, peeled Potatoes, diced small
  • 1 ½ Tsp Green Chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato, diced small
  • 3 Tbsp Cucumber, diced small
  • 4 Tbsp Sev Mix
  • 2 Tbsp fresh Coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 Tsp roasted Cumin powder
  • 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • ½ Tsp Black Salt
  • ½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 22 ½ Tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice (or 1 Tbsp Amchur powder )
  • Salt according to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all the above ingredients one by one in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Toss together and mix well thoroughly.
  3. Serve immediately
